Racing thoughts within my head
Disconnected
Dashing darting dangerous
Unwelcome protein
Lack of serotonin
Fuels this brain explosion
Sucking!
Restraining light from escaping
Chaos reigning.
In the depths of misery
Comes a hopeful thought—uplifting
Resurrecting!
Creative thoughts begin to flow
Pushing darkness down below
Allowing light to free the soul.
